Easter: Open Letter to Catholics re: Our Perceptions of Schism

We know that this Easter week, Pope Francis, whom I call "Bergoglio" (when I'm being polite) is ailing. Whatever the immediate future holds for him, though, the Catholic Church suffers massive ailing as well. Catastrophic ailing. The first step to any cure is to recognize the sickness. Curing ills cannot occur if we don't know what's causing the ailment. And our understanding of anything, from the Church to Black Holes to Reformation History to Jorge Mario Bergoglio, is based on perception.

It is precisely this essential perception of our realities that generates the problem we're having in the Catholic Church. We perceive – most of us – that there's one Catholic Church that has a host of difficulties and numerous factions who seem increasingly divergent. I suspect this view in the clergy at least stands strongest among those bishops consecrated, and priests ordained, when Karol Józef Wojtyła held the papal throne. Their ranks are thinning out now, but many remain. "The Church" for them is as they perceive it to be. But is it? And was it ever? And what of the other ideas of "The Church" that exist, pre- or post-John Paul II?

What if we could willingly change our perception? What if we perceived more closely that three separate "Catholic Churches" exist: i.e. the steadily drying up (and confused, and fading, and straying) Vatican II Church, the aborning Synodal/One-World anti-Church that Bergoglio is midwifing, and of course the Traditional Catholic Church, with its Traditional Latin Mass and Traditional Catholic teaching.

• This is a simple perception, and it doesn't involve endless contortions of cognitive dissonance. Achieve the perception by simply asking about the Real Presence in the Holy Eucharist. Polls indicate that around 25 percent of the Vatican II laity believe in that, probably next to none of the Synodal Church believes it, while most likely near 100 percent of Traditional Catholic believe it. Thus, this question serves as a simple way to discern which of the three Church "avatars" one belongs to.
  

How did this situation develop?

Look again at Church history over the past three-quarters of a century. Under pressure from the Modernists, the Vatican II Church clearly broke ranks with the entire Church before it, as exemplified in the multitudinous Vatican II documents and the basically impossible ditching of the Traditional Latin Mass (impossible on a number of levels, not least Pope Pius V's famous 1570 Apostolic constitution Quo Primum). These dense, tedious, and prolix Vatican II decrees – that naturally very few have read or certainly studied – contain a thorough mixture of typical Catholic orthodoxy, Protestant heresy, and 1960s "pop-psych" palaver. They basically offer "something for everyone", depending on who is reading and what their conceits are. Whichever Church faction is strongest can implement them in any way they like. They laid the foundation of the infamous "Spirit of Vatican II" that blew in so many dire phantoms that plague the Church today.

• To use a metaphor, they set the Barque of Peter's voyaging on an initially slightly divergent course from what it had been sailing on for nearly two millennia, and slowly, imperceptibly to millions, it began to head away from its ancient Witness Against the Worldly Powers route, and into dangerous Waters of Surrender to the secular, fallen "pop" culture. The Church went from "The world will always hate me because it hated my Lord" to "The world will love me because I will surrender to it."
• While probably 20 percent of Catholics (and certainly many onlooking Protestants and Jews) were not fooled by this new trajectory, millions of priests and laity were indeed misled. But now, nearly 70 years on, can we not see how far the Church has wandered off the counter-culture course its Founder chartered for it? Grasp our reality. We now have no excuse to tolerate this misdirection any longer.

I can't be sure of John Paul I, poor man, or the vacillating Paul VI who became a recluse after 1968 and Humanae Vitae, but clearly Pope John Paul II was the only pope who actually believed the Vatican II Church would be THE Church from now on. Perhaps the Polish pope's near assassination refocused his understanding a bit, but still, it was his Curia (papal court/administration) that held the line for Modernism. For example, John Paul II's refusing to approve bishops for the SSPX – and the perfidious way his people kept saying "yes" then changing that to "er, wait a bit longer," stringing the SSPX along – forced the necessity of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre's ordaining bishops without papal approval. This was pure "Deep State"-style treachery.

Pope Benedict XVI would eventually rescind the resulting automatic excommunications of the SSPX bishops because of the absurdity of it all, and even the cunning, duplicitous Bergoglio seemed to occasionally favor the excellent Society's work to some extent, though technically it remains somewhat "canonically irregular". (I discount all such qualms entirely, of course. "Partial communion" is nonsense. And it remains a blessing the SSPX is not under full Vatican control.)

Benedict's Fall

Although an early and idealistic Vatican II revolutionary, the hyper-intelligent Joseph Ratzinger was no fool. Eventually, he could see "the handwriting on the wall" for the Vatican II Church. But as pope, Benedict's inability to control the "Junta" of homosexual mafia, Communist sympathizers, and the Freemasonry-Globalist clique that runs the Church – and has done so for decades – proved that the Vatican II version of Holy Church was hopelessly hollowed out and drifting toward the rocks. Yet Benedict knew he was not going to be allowed any true course correction. To buy time, therefore, he tried a subtle, sideways attack via his Summorum Pontificum, creating a Hegelian type synthesis-antithesis via his "Ordinary Form" and "Extraordinary Form" of the Mass. Very clever. 

But of course it only enraged the Junta. They removed Benedict in a less violent way than John Paul I had been, or the attempt to assassinate John Paul II. (Ever notice how the "cancellation"of Jack Kennedy, Nixon, John Paul I & II, and assassination attempt on Reagan and the lawfare against Trump all just seems to coincidentally happen? "Gee, what bad luck we have in our popular leaders getting removed!" Well, it ain't no coincidence, my friends! Wake up and see the very clear pattern going on here.)

1. Bergoglio was brought in to put paid to Benedict's "Reform of the Reform". 
2. But the Vatican II Church was too far gone. 
3. The Covid fraud gut-punched it and left it prostrate. It's a husk of what it was even 20 years ago, though the remnants of Team Pope John Paul II might not see that yet. 
4. So, Bergoglio began his employment of a legion of heresies to pave over it, to bury it alive, in effect, enabling the Synodal Church to drive over its grave. 
5. The Argentinian Peronist "Junta of One" clearly now wants to create a new Church entirely, an Anglican doppelganger called the Synodal Church. It happens to serve as the Jewish, Muslim, and Globalist-approved non-governmental organization for the New World Order that the elites want to establish. (None of those powers want to see a strong, confident – and independent – Christianity in the world.)
   

Schism from all that

So where does that leave the One, Holy Catholic Church? The Church of the traditional theology, worship, and spirituality? The events of a Biblical lifetime have partially submerged it, and scattered it too, though thanks to Benedict's Summorum Pontificum, it began a serious comeback. Now Generalissimo Bergoglio wants to crush it. Therefore, this Traditional Latin Mass Catholic Church simply HAS to break with the other two ecclesiastical avatars, or they will drag it down into the Abyss with their own self-destruction.

In other words, we actual Catholics – Catholic Christians who pray the Tradition, thus believe the Tradition, and thereby live the Tradition: Lex orandi, lex credendi, lex vivendi – MUST perceive full schism to be a necessity from what one needs call the Unbelievers. In a metaphor, the S.S.Vatican II is going down, and it has only two lifeboats; one boat is leaky and full of trannies, catamites, and absolute landlubbers, the other staffed by regular old-time sailors; indeed, the veterans of Lepanto. Which lifeboat would you chose?

Perception, Perception, Perception

Again, this is about perception, perception of our reality. And once you see this, grasp it, comprehend what's going on, there's no more trying to square the circle. A great burden is lifted from the soul, and cognitive dissonance is banished.

Benedict and the TLM; the Pivot has come

Amici,

The "mild" Vatican II Reformer, Joseph Ratzinger, has now passed on to Judgment, and while we can and should pray for him, we cannot be presumptuous one way another or about that Judgment. Certain types of Protestants, and now no few "Catholics", seem to think one's eternal Salvation is "in the bag", not apparently realizing they're wallowing in the Sin of Presumption. The Anti-Pope Bergoglio has plainly said no one can really live up to God's Commandments anyway, so "chill out." Very Protestant, old Bergi is. Luther and Co. should welcome him, if that is how that his own judgment turns out.

Benedict's Greatest Deed

Focusing historically and theologically, however, on one issue, Benedict XVI has forever garnered a pivotal place in ecclesiastical history because of his "freeing" the Traditional Latin Mass. It was the major achievement of his reign and I have no doubt the cause of his downfall. So to note his passing, I would like to bring up what his Summorum Pontificum of July 2007 effected in the Church, or more precisely, what it began to recognize as the Holy Ghost's actions were already bringing about. For now that Ratzinger has died, a major turning point, a true pivot, has been reached.

Hindsight has to reveal to anyone not blinded by Modernist bias that, despite the Official Church doing what it could to suppress the TLM, the Holy Ghost wanted it back. For despite what the spiritually dead, the spiritually deaf, or simply the spiritually stupid insist upon, the record since 1970 shows God wants the Traditional Latin Mass restored. The Church of 2023 bears little resemblance to what it was before 1963. Bringing it back is the strongest – and certainly most Catholic – movement in the Church today. Whatever Pope Benny's true intent, whether he recognized the whole "Vatican II Shtick" was up (something John Paul II could not do), or whether he actually thought that the old Mass could live side-by-side in a happy, symbiotic relationship with the new, both "enriching" the other in a "mutual enrichment" for a goodly length of time – whatever he thought, Benedict certainly did God's will in freeing, or trying to free, the TLM from the clutches of the Modernist hierarchy.

That Modernist hierarchy was enraged, and they got rid of Pope Ratzinger. Fourteen years after Summorum Pontificum, they promulgated its opposite, Traditionis Custodes (best translated literally as "Jailers of Tradition") on 16 July 2021. And they've since worked to undo Summorum Pontificum in more ways with ever more rulings.

For an important article about what damage the Modernist Anti-Catholics have done to the TLM laity and the clergy, review this article at Rorate. The interviewee makes the interesting point that Bergoglio and Traditionis Custodes haven't laid a glove on the growing SSPX and have a spotty record harassing what had been the "Ecclesia Dei" communities (FSSP, ICKSP). What havoc and devastation it has produced are in the regular diocesan priests who have tried to learn and offer the TLM. A very interesting article.

And regarding Benedict and his TLM efforts, it is remarkable how the TLM took off in regular parishes. It would not stay "sidelined" in specialist shops wherein the Modernists clearly hoped to exile it. Average, everyday clergy and laity wanted it, do want it today, and no matter how hard Bergoglio and the Modernist unbelievers try now, all the Mass-closing antics are the detritus of impotent fools and knaves, the shouting of a mob about to be dispersed by God's will. We must prepare. Bergoglio will unleash all Hell on the Church now that Joseph Ratzinger is dead, from many directions, and no one can pretend Bergoglio has the best interests of the Church at heart. Yet when the storm has subsided, the TLM will be welcomed by Catholics as the standard of quiet, holy sanity in worship. It will be welcomed as the most Catholic form of worship. That's the significant pivot that will occur to the multitude of "Survivor Catholics". 

It is an incarnation of the Crucifixion: even as the Devil thought he had defeated Christ by casting down the ancient liturgy, even as he thought he had triumphed, it turned out to be the opposite of what he had thought. If crucifying Christ didn't work, crucifying His liturgy won't, either.

What do Virology, the Federal Reserve Board, and the USSR have in common?

 We live in a world of lies and mirrors. This 2022 election is a prime example for that, so was the 2020 election. Massive forces in America, including the institutional Republicans, pretend no cheating occurred. It is odious and insulting. But it is par for the course. We just get lied to continually.

The simultaneous rise of virology, the American National Bank (sketchily named "The Federal Reserve Board" (what is that supposed to be?), and Communism in Russia, were the products of collusion between Big Business combines and governments in the U.S. and Europe. Virology began to enslave us to the idea that we are at the mercy of microbes in a mortally threatening natural environment. The second devalued our money (throughout the 19th century, a dollar retained its worth; after the FRB, it began to shed value), and giving Russia – an incredible natural resource-rich world unto itself – to the Communists removed a major competitor to the Western Trusts and monopolies.

Those three developments were the then Latest and Greatest manifestation of the institutionalized greed that "makes the world go 'round". Today we have their latest iteration in the World Economic Forum and the mainstream science and political parties whose collusion enslaved us with the Covid fraud and that are fast creating a cashless utopia in which we can all be penniless slaves. (Sterile, childless, peons.)

Protestantism started it

How did this start? First of all, with lies. For generations, we've been taught one thing when the reality was something else. One big, enuring lie has been about the Protestant Reformation. We were taught how necessary it was, and how healthy for the Christian Faith, when in fact it was simply a revolt of the rich against the poor. The religious trappings of it, the theological disputes, the ecclesiastical fireworks, served as the smoke and mirrors. It was the beginning of the emergence and dominance of the nation state, of course, and the end of the Church's independence (whether that of surviving Catholic Churches in France and Spain, or the new nationalist Protestant Churches). Theologically, it was the "spiritualizing" of Christianity from being a God-Incarnationally-physically-present-with-us to a sort of Christianized Islam, no Real Presence but instead a holy book we could all argue endlessly over. Yet above all, it was a revolt of the rich against the poor, for the Church was the only "social services" administration going. The Church kept the rich humble and elevated the poor while honoring the middle class with their guilds. No one was cut adrift; it was a holistic society with everyone living in God's Incarnational Presence.

All that was stripped away. Life in post-Reformation Europe became a sort of Darwinian dystopia. The West has always valued individualism more than the East, back to Helen having more value in herself and worth a war over. (The Trojans said, what's your problem? She's just a ho. Get another.) And it is one reason why Christianity matched so well with the Western spirit. But with the Reformation, individualism became absolutely dominant. Martin Luther, a young academic rushed through a one-sided (Nominalist) education could publicly declare his personal opinion on Scripture was more valuable than that of a Church council! That's just nuts, and it is pure narcissism. (It can be no wonder that Narcissism is the fundamental trait of "moderns".)

And this was also the foundation of the world we have today where Big Corporations, especially banking concerns, run governments. On a global scale.

Holy Russia's place in the modern world

Two interesting articles at OnePeterFive, pieces that don't fit with that publication's usual line, discuss Russia's place in Christian history in light of the Fatima Prophecies. The second in the series is titled Christian Russia and the Western “Errors of Russia”, and the third is Russian Errors in Bolshevism, Vatican II and Schism. (Oddly, I can find no title or link to the first entry in the series.)

A note on this magazine: OnePeterFive is now a product of the Peter Kwasniewski, Timothy Flanders (1P5 editor), and Eric Sammons (editor-in-chief of Crisis Magazine) wing of American Traditional Catholicism. That's the group of mainstream, younger leaders who insist Bergoglio is actually pope, but who argue he's a bad one and that the papacy has to have its wings clipped and its power reduced in order to counter Bergoglio. They do not tolerate the argument that Bergoglio is not pope at all. Along with Ann Barnhardt, I think it manifestly obvious Bergoglio is no more pope than the local Lutheran pastor, and their ideas on circumscribing a pope's authority are, shall we say, egregiously wrong-headed.

Founded by Steve Skojec, who has become an agnostic (long story), today OnePeterFive is something of a clone of Crisis Magazine. Yet 1P5 still is very worth perusing because of the range of interesting articles beyond their pet papacy peeve that Flanders sometimes publishes.

Case in point are these two Russian articles by Caterina Lorenzo-Molo, PhD. L-M's basic point is fascinating: that Russia represents that last Christian country, i.e. one not affected by the secularizing acid of Protestantism, the Enlightenment, and the consumer economy, or not until of course the Communists seized it. And of course that's why they were so anxious to seize it. An element of Modernism, Marxism and Modernism remain the greatest Western Christian heresy (Islam being an eastern heresy against the Incarnation). It is Christianity's "kill shot" and Russia was THE perfect target.

The aspect of this most significant to me lies in the second article (Christian Russia and the Western “Errors of Russia”), wherein L-N details how the Communist Revolution was funded by Western corporations and approved by Woodrow Wilson. Plenty of evidence exists for this, and it is one of the most important bits of Western history everyone should know, but that very few seem to (and we who do are treated like cranks). L-N links to the work of historian Antony Sutton, who in his Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution (1974) lays out the evidence, some of which L-N reports on in her article. 

History no one wants to know

And this is my point here: American megabusiness interests in precisely the last pre-WWI decades created the modern world and its pathologies. Is it any wonder that "big corporations" unanimously support all the sexual perversion drowning Western culture? There's a reason for that.

In December 1913, just half a year before the war broke out, Congress created the U.S. Federal Reserve Board. It took control of our money. Serving as America's equivalent of the Bank of England – an institution that has ruled England since its creation – was not called "National Bank of America" because throughout U.S. history, the American people rejected such an entity. Such a bank existed for a short while until Andrew Jackson put an end to it in 1833. (Notice how the author describes Jackson; the author is definitely a "beta".)

Its 1913 re-creation represented the collusion of what today we call "the UniParty" in the U.S. politics, the big business elites of both the Democrats and Republicans working together to further their own interests and those of the wealthy. These people are not American politicians, then or now, but globalists, and their economic policies do not protect "main street" but "Wall Street". Today's globalists are direct inheritors of the early 1900s' elites who conquered Russia. Russian-Japanese War

Speaking of Russia, the Tsarist government was weakened by the Russian-Japanese War (1904-1905). Japan was winning the battles but was utterly bankrupt, so the New York bankers (many of them Jews) got a loan together to keep the Japanese government solvent till a peace advantageous to Japan could be negotiated. These bankers loathed the overtly Christian government of the Tsar and especially its treatment of Russian Jewry.

    N.B. American President Theodore Roosevelt brokered the peace talks, probably in full knowledge of this banking collusion. The Japanese people, however, did not, and they deeply resented Roosevelt and American "meddling" in a war they thought they had won. They felt the Americans had betrayed them. This animus played a role, emotionally at least, in their decision to attack the U.S. in 1941. Had the Russians themselves known about Japan's predicament, they could have held on a bit longer, and Japan would have had to fold, producing a very different subsequent 20th century history.

Virology

Also in this same era, John D. Rockefeller, the oil oligarch and Bill Gates of his day (even to being a eugenicist), was investing heavily into medicine because his scientists discovered they could make many meds from petroleum. The "science" of virology was created by the same big business interests fighting Russia and creating an American national bank.

We have met the enemy, and ...

All this revelation demonstrates the truth of the cartoon character Pogo's famous 1971 comment, "We have met the enemy and he is us." That regarded pollution, but it is actually true about the Western World's spirituality. The Western world is materialistic, hedonistic, and atheistic. Five hundred bloody, depressing years downstream from the Reformation, that's our wretched world we wallow in. We're are the end of a river flowing down through Late Medieval Nominalism and its 16th century progeny Protestantism, the 18th century's destruction of logic (embodied by David Hume and Immanuel Kant, the Wallace and Gromit of philosophy), and on into Marxism and Darwinian materialism, and then broadening out into hedonism and greed enshrined in popular selfish and particularly narcissistic ideologies. Narcissism in probably the dominant character trait of the "modern" world.

And against this culture, even the image of a "Holy Russia" is intolerable. Caterina Lorenzo-Molo writes in the third article:

    In addition, Pope Benedict XVI’s opening to Russia, his favorable opinion of Putin, and closeness with Patriarchs Hilarion and Kirill, alerted the US and according to some documents from Wikileaks, prompted them to stir up an internal revolt within the Church.[20] Indeed all things Russia always seems to alert and heighten sensitivities from the powers and principalities.

The sad thing is, my friends, after two stolen national elections now, and the one in Brazil, and the evil fiasco in Ukraine, we can easily believe such things to be true, to have happened, and to be ordering out lives against our wills today.

Maybe the coming mass death will get their attention. Or those who survive.

Cardinl Sticker's post Vatican II Confessions, the New Mass, destruction of the TLM

Alfons Cardinal Stickler's essay a about the shock of seeing his Vatican II actual Council work being undone, indeed, eviscerated, in the later 1960s has been republished just now by the New Liturgical Movement. 

I couldn't read all of it – I just go rabid-dog crazy. Stickler and his contemporaries KNEW by 1967 that what was going down was adult male bovine excrement. They knew – precisely because they had their heads so far up Vat II's derrière – that Montini and Bugnini were screwing them over. Sticker reports on his going to see old Cardinal Benno Gut, and they sit around, like so many others, shaking their heads, wringing their hands, crying in their soup, a bunch of helpless prey for obvious mountebanks and charlatans. (And Freemasons, of course.) And Montini (if that guy's an actual saint, I'm the Prophet Muhammad – "peace be upon me") would cry around even more than the others, and complain when confronted with the Bug's liturgical realities, but never reverse the mess, and exiling the Bug to Iran was far, far, far too little too late.

Did you ever hear of the time Archbishop Lefebvre tried to actually see that miserable Montini? Montini was absolutely terrified of Lefebvre. Just terrified. And had his major lackys keep Lefebvre away until the most important one of those was on vacation and inside-the-Vatican friends of Lefebvre got him into the pope's presence. Montini had to see him briefly and was visibly in utter terror. Absolutely, utterly, comprehensibly pathetic. And Lefebvre, known for his kind demeanor, was a real man – had spent most of his career in Africa in the missions. His father had been in the Resistance and was murdered by the Nazis.

So then after "The Weeper" Montini, we get John Paul I, who got himself killed only 33 days in, and then Karol Karol Wojtyła, an actual man (imagine!) and hero against both Nazis and Commies, him they tried to bump him off three years after electing him (okay, the Russians tried it via the Bulgarians, but still), leaving him half the man he had been, going about kissing the Koran and apologizing to all and sundry, especially Jews, who took it to mean apologizing for trying to convert any Jews in the last two millenna! And then we get Benedict, Ratzinger the Intellectual, smartest man in the office since Leo III. Ratziger knows the score; he prays for protection from the wolves after he's elected, and HE gets tossed for promulgating Summorum Pontificum. And THEN THEY INSTALL BERGI! THE OGRE Peronista! This recent, pathetically written, utterly asinine new Bergoglio document, the impossible to pronounce Desiderio Desideravi, full of lies, direct lies, and repeated old hoary lies like a drunk's vomit is full of puke, as see here. 

My friends, this dying Vatican II church is one huge SNAFU mess, and its decline has happened and is happening right before our eyes. 

Just unbelievable. But reality.

Part 2 A world without the Traditional Latin Mass: our culture's violence and hatred exemplified

I'm considering why, today, in 2022, we have such outrageous, Hieronymus Bosch-freak show-level deviants rioting in the streets, demanding, DEMANDING, the right to murder babies and promoting deviant sexual carnality that always preceded a civilization's collapse.

1970 to 2022

One major social and cultural element that paralleled the moral collapse of Western society in the last half century was the trashing out of the Traditional Latin Mass.

1. This deconstruction of the Holy ("set apart") Liturgy began in 1964 with the closing of the Second Vatican Council, the official documents of which called for some liturgical change but only change deemed absolutely necessary.
2. It could be said to begin earlier when the Communist Frankfurter Schule's plan for social and familial dissolution began to show manifest progress.
3. It appeared over a decade after the U.S. in its attempt to keep Germany down, began to promote pornography and immorality in Germany (E. Michael Jones details this).
   
4. It manifested when the children born post-war, children who did not experience the privations and hardships of the Great Depression or World War II, came of age and found themselves awash in money and porn.
5. And most of all, it occurred in a Catholic Church trying to find a reason for its existence, unable to justify its conduct in either World War I or II, and prodded by Modernist theologians and their nouvelle théologie, the central tenant of which was everything evolves, even God.
   

All this lay behind the full occultation of the Traditional Latin Mass. (Thank God, like a full occultation of the moon, it did not – and could not – last.)

For decades after 1970, however, one simply could not find it. This sacred liturgy lived on in the memories of its forlorn, cast adrift adherents, of course, and in the Heavenly Liturgy which it represents. But it was otherwise non-existent except for the work of a handful, such as the incomparable Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, who founded the SSPX in that pivotal year 1970.

But the people, the demos, the Church's hoi polloi, the public of the Church's res publica, kept the pressure on for its return. Finally, with that miserable effeminate recluse Paul VI finally dead, Pope John Paul II could let up on it a bit, although he met resistance and did not move too far. Pope Benedict XVI, though, opened the Church doors wide for it, and got deposed for it, too (believe it). Now the anti-pope Bergoglio is doing his damnedest to get rid of it again. He clearly hates it, and has gathered to his black standard those who loathe it. Currently, I see one of his American cronies, Wilton Gregory of D.C., is considering banning it from his archdiocese. Oh Lord God, save us from these imps and hobgoblins of Satan!

As far as I am concerned, as far as most traditional morality goes, a law that is immoral is no law, an order that is reprehensible (like, "Soldier! Shoot those Jews!") is no lawful order. Bergoglio and his homosexual lavender mafia have thus abdicated their positions in the Church by their actions, regardless of whether they were lawfully installed in the first place. (See this article at Ann Barnhardt's blog for an excellent essay on why Benedict's abdication is invalid.)

I think John Paul and Benedict acted the way they did regarding the TLM because they could easily see that the mainstream Church was collapsing in numbers: ever fewer active Catholics, ever fewer baptisms and marriages. Ever more divorces. Fewer and fewer laity believed in the Real Presence. These statistics were known. In 1963, 3/4s of Catholics attended Sunday Mass, by 1983, that was almost exactly reversed. So they pragmatically let the TLM in the back door. But for Bergoglio and his ilk, they're terrified of the TLM's success. That would invalidate their entire lives. "Latin Massers" may be still few in numbers compared to mainstream Catholics in raw numbers, but they still total in the many millions. They also have large families; the Mass and its adherents attract converts. (Bergoglio infamous called proselytizing "solemn nonsense".) AND they are much more likely to believe in the Real Presence and attend Sunday Mass without fail. They're a crack, elite unit of Catholics, a Catholic Marine Corps or Guards Army, and are leading the way to the Faith's Restoration. So of course, they have to be smacked down. Humiliated. Scourged.

It is highly significant that the evil Bergoglio has so far (as of this writing) said nothing about the Dobbs decision. No thanking God, no praise for this great work. (Haha, certainly no word of thanks to a certain Donald John Trump!) The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops has commented, as have bureaucrats in the Vatican, but all that has so far been relatively muted. You don't need to be a Richard Feynman to realize they're not overjoyed by Dobbs. They are thus driving yet another nail in the mainstream/mainline Church's coffin because a large number of Catholic Christians have labored long to get ride of Roe, it's been the life's work and thousands, and now that it is gone, these heroes notice the crickets' muted chirping in the ruined choirs of the hierarchy.

What's so important about the TLM? Our Religious Hard-Wiring

What the Traditional Latin Mass did, besides wonderfully celebrate the Seventh Covenant, the New Covenant, the Most Holy Eucharist by participation in which we are saved (see St. John's Gospel, Chapter 6; St. Luke 22:19-20), was put people's mental framework in order. It reminded people – indeed, it actually leads people – into the threshold of the Divine World, the Other World of the Holy, the Sacred, the Divine Real Presence. 

That once-a-week hour worked on an individual on many levels. Almost all humans, of whatever culture, have some sense of the Sacred, the Holy, these words meaning literally: that which is 'set apart' from normal life. We seem to be hardwired to want that, although in theory this can be the only world we know. Maybe in small doses for most, but we want it. That's because we are hardwired to want God, to spend eternity with God, whether as adults we might reject God or not. Satan and his Fallen Angels were also made that way, and one of the worst pains of Hell is to still want that intimacy with the Divine yet be eternally denied it, eternally suffering Tantalus-like.

Now, I understand that not everyone has a strong sense of this desire for the Set Apart. Like curiosity or math ability, it is stronger in some than in others; but to be completely without it is somehow not to be human. And different Christian groups manifest different levels of desire for it. While never having been a Protestant, I grew up with them and believe I understand Protestantism inside and out. I work with them now, from time to time on editing projects. And in terms of the more "popular" versions, church-in-the-wildwood types I'm most familiar with, I can understand the desire to worship God out in the open air, as it were, so to speak, building an altar of unhewn stones and sacrificing the sheep and goats and oxen on it, setting the fire, and watching the smoke of the oblation ascend into the sky, "God-ward", my hands raised.

But then I also understand the innate desire to "Let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, lets us ascend unto Jerusalem, for I rejoiced when I heard them say, let us go unto the House of the Lord", to enter the outer courts, then the inner courts, getting ever closer to the Real Presence. (I can only imagine the music they had in the great Temple! Harps, lyres, lutes, the 12-string psaltery, the shofar horn, trumpets of various sorts, flutes/pipes, double oboes, timbrels-tambourines, sistrums, cymbals, bells.) I certainly understand what God inspired Solomon to create. King David represents the former, simpler open-air inclination, Solomon the high liturgical one. And I too desire to ascend, as it were. (There's a reason why, despite a few certain exceptions, usually Anglican in some way, that Protestantism never developed a monastic tradition.)

What this means "in the world"

Many mainstream Catholics react negatively to Trad Catholics, sneering, "You think you're better than us, don't you? That the sacraments are more valid in a TLM." I actually rarely hear that, but I can say that for us the entire Traditional liturgy is more "set apart", heightened, elevated God-ward for those of us bearing this appreciation. That is just a truism.

And of course, a man or woman or child who frequents such heights remains for life a bit more removed, a bit less attached, to the things of this world. The Divine World makes itself felt. It takes a much greater act of rejection of God to shrug it off. A Novus Ordo Mass with its talky vernacular, its marching-band everyone-in-lockstep praying, its overall more casual, more mundane spirit, its no damnation/painless salvation is just easier to leave, to put it simply. It's rejection lies more lightly on a soul.

Ergo...

Therefore, the evils of the world, all the "sex, lies, and videotape", or more traditionally the world, the flesh, and the Devil, present less of a counterpoint to the Novus Ordo than the TLM does. Only rarely does the Devil go in for a High Luciferian Satanism. His demons usually offer a much more mundane, casual, relaxed way in their temptation to evil. "No drama damnation", as it were, to match the modern "No drama salvation".

The one thing in which the TLM is definitely superior to the Novus Ordo, and it stands profoundly superior, is that it presents to this mundane world we reside temporarily in the Holy, the Sacred, The Other in its every fiber. The Holy Ghost worked through Churchmen for centuries to perfect that sense. Bugnini and the designers of the Novus Ordo consciously rejected all that because they thought it "medieval", and that modern man would not tolerate it. So, "the Bug" turned his back on it as fully as Luther did. (Luther did so for different reasons, but still.) And "modern man" was represented for the Bug and his would-be Reformers by the then archbishop of Milan, one mousey Giovanni Battista Montini, who carried a business man's brief case about with him. To them, Montini was the way, and the wave, of the future. Honestly, the future Paul VI carrying a briefcase excited a LOT of comment in the press.

It was just silly. And vacuous, as was so much of Vatican II and the infamous "spirit of Vatican II" that followed. And the new, practical, nonsensical, spiritually business man Church, the Vatican II Church and its "just business" liturgy sat uncomfortably without any continuity in the timeline of the Church's 2000-year past. No wonder if failed, and is about to pass with the death of Bergoglio. Either a more Bergoglio-than-Bergoglio will be elected, and if so I expect the College of Cardinals to fracture as that would be intolerable, or some more "conservative" prelate with be elevated, which whatever they might say about it, will represent the high-water mark of Vatican II. It begin a drain away, an ejection that will inevitably accelerate as the world crashes through war, starvation, energy blackouts, and the final putting down and execution of the latest eugenics idiots who run the World Economic Forum, 2030, the Great Reset, etc.

Sounds a bit fanciful?

After all, in the face of the absurd Covid fraud, the entire Vatican II Church basically dried up like a desert tumble weed, and blew away. How could it possibly deal with a real world crisis? War? Famine? The lights of this technological civilization going out?

John Henry Weston Interview Vaccine Expert Pamela Ackers – a Must Read

There's been no little controversy about Covid, and now the same can be said of the vaccines recently introduced. Whether you take a vaccine or not is up to you (or it should be), but YOU MUST be informed about them.

I've finished listening to an interview between John Henry Weston of Lifesite News and Pamela Acker, who was researcher in vaccines "back in the day". Before she could get her Doctorate, she was tossed from her program because she refused to go along with using aborted fetal material.

I took the time to transcribe portion portions of it, and here they are.

In today's episode of The John-Henry Westen Show, Westen interviews Pamela Acker, one of the most knowledgeable people in the world on vaccines and on what goes into them.

At the interview's end, Pamela Acker says, "Don't get it; it's not good for your soul or your body and I think that, as Catholics, if we don't stand up now, I think we're losing the opportunities we're ever going to have to stand up and rectify this wrong that has been going on for decades. We're going to be accountable for that. We lived in this time, we had an opportunity to do something, and if we don't, we will be held accountable for that.... This is a hill worth dying on."

At about 33 minutes in; direct quotes:
Hek293 cells, that's human embryonic kidney. There's no actual aborted fetal material in the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines because they're not cultured or produced directly in the aborted fetal cells, although these are tested via hek293 cells. However, with the Astrazeneca and the Johnson and Johnson vaccine for Covid, as well as well as the rubella vaccine and the chickenpox vaccine, there are remainders of these aborted fetal cells that end up in the vaccines themselves. With these vaccines, you are injecting remnants of DNA and protein debris of the murdered baby into you.  
...

The DNA is of greater concern because Dr. Theresa Deisher of Sound Choice Pharmaceutical Institute (Dr. Theresa Deisher holds a doctorate in Molecular and Cellular Physiology from Stanford University School of Medicine), which came into existence in the early 2000s, they are also working on solving this problem with ethical vaccines...the availability of ethical vaccines; she has some tremendous work, a lot of it she has summarized in talks on YouTube, where she has looked at the relationship between the increase in use aborted fetal cell-derived vaccines that corresponds to an increase in autism rates in the countries that she's looked at. And this has been in some countries in Europe as well as the United States. And she's seen that there's a dose-dependent response; so the more aborted fetal cell vaccines that we use, the higher the incidence of autism, the greater the increase there is in the incidence of autism.

So she (Deisher) said let's take a look at that. Let's see if there's any sort of biologically plausible mechanism for that. So she made the connection that when you put these aborted fetal DNA contaminants into a living human being, something can occur – and this does occur in vitro in cell culture in the laboratory – called homologous recombination where the DNA that's being injected into t he individual can line up with the DNA that it sort of corresponds to in those individual cells, and then there's some enzymes that can come along and they can swap those two pieces out. So you end up losing your actual DNA and having the DNA from the aborted fetal cells incorporated into your cells. And she (Deisher) was saying how  this could potentially explain why in some individuals with autism -- although not all, because autism is a very multifaceted problem and there's no one strict straight answer for why it develops in some individuals and not in others.

But in some individuals, you see hundreds of what are called de novo mutations. These are mutations that came kind of out of nowhere, the parents didn't have them and you shouldn't see like hundreds of mutations in a child just from one generation. This child is very young, probably, still as well they can't possibly accumulate all these mutations. Well, they can if this mutated DNA – because if you recall from back at the beginning of the talk, we talked about how in order for cell lines to be immortalized – we're sticking viral oncogenes and then these cancer-promoting genes, these mutations, into them, in order to keep them growing in cell culture, you know, somewhat indefinitely. (37:01)

The DNA in these cells is definitely mutated, so this could be the source of the mutations in some of these kids who are developing autism. So this is one possible mechanism for why we are seeing that. And it is not outside the realm of possibility biologically, but it makes sense if you think about it from Natural Law. If you're going to do something as heinous as inject into yourself the remains of somebody who murdered, there's going to be a natural consequence to that. Like you can't just do that and not have any negative effects, if that makes sense. (37:36)

Pamela Acker says this is next-gen technology, and we do not have a clue about the long-term effects, or even short-term! Quote: "That's mind-boggling. I don't think we have any idea how wildly different people's responses to this genetic information might be and thus how wildly different their responses to the vaccine might be."

She explains how we might be developing super-viruses. Injecting you with a lab-produced virus might combine with a naturally occurring "wild" virus that turns into a monster. Also, she stresses that when you read scientists say "We've been working on this stuff for decades, so don't be alarmed, it's not just "out of the box" research, that what that really means in that they've been working on this stuff for decades WITHOUT SUCCESS!!!
"Thus, this negative message has been spun in a positive way. "We've experience with it not working, is what we have."

Acker also talks about the Vaccine Injury Compenstation Program, the VICP.  

"Vaccines are inciting you immune response in a very bizarre way when vaccinate yourself, you're yourself through the normal root; you're going through your muscles instead of through your mouth, you're giving yourself – in some cases – three or four or five or ten diseases at a same time. I mean, you would never as a child, have measles, mumps, rubella, polio, chickenpox, diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis, all at the same time. But you get all those vaccines at one doctor's visit. So there's a lot of problems in determining just how many adverse events there are associated with vaccines in general. But vaccine manufacturers are not liable, and I think there's been special protections allotted to the Covid vaccines because, you know, if you do obviously rush something to production, I think there is some sort of liability that you might have in general, but because this is "an emergency" – a situation where you've been licensed to go ahead and do that – and cut your testing down to, ah, I learned today that Moderna, that they solicited adverse reactions for seven days. And I also about Pfizer vaccinating their placebo group with actual active vaccine! So we're not going to have any more long-term studies about these vaccines because we're not going to have a placebo group, which is mind-blowing to me as a researcher. And it's -- how do you commit that level of scientific fraud? It's scientific fraud, to just eliminate our control group. (47:52) We now have no way to say how safe this vaccine is."

And she talks about anaphylaxis, an allergic reaction to vaccines in which your airways start to close up, and you're in danger of dying from a severe allergic reaction. It happens one in a million with regular vaccines, but it happens 22 times more with the Covid vaccines. And what does that say about other reactions?

(56:45) "Nobody has claimed -- though they have very cleverly just not mentioned it, while trumpeting other areas of success -- but nobody that that receipt of the vaccine will actually cause the virus to stop spreading. The only claims made by both Pfizer and Moderna is that if you get the vaccine, you're less likely to get severe Covid symptoms than if you don't get the vaccine. And again, they're looking at the fraction of the cohort that they vaccinated -- so Pfizer vaccinated 43,000 people and they looked at approximately 200 people who developed symptoms. And Moderna, the same thing: 30,000 vaccinated, 200 who developed symptoms. And then they both made claims that their vaccines were some 90 percent effective. They've looked for this just over a few weeks. We don't know know that that this vaccine is actually protective or not. That's why they keep saying "keep wearing your mask!" So, why are you getting vaccinated?

PS Bergoglio and old pope Benedict have taken their vaccine shots. Bergoglio said, "It must be done." Like Hell. I don't know what vaccine they were injected with, but if it was one of the ones mentioned here in this interview, they engaged in true abomination. And if they used some Russian or Chinese vaccine, I don't know but I would assume those were far less scrupulous than the ones mentioned here – which of course weren't scrupulous at all.

Sedevacantism and Romans 3:3

I myself have never had much interest in Sedevacantism, unless it would be discussing whether Josef Ratzinger could be said to still be pope. My guess is that some future pontiff will declare Ratzinger's quasi-abdication/retirement/whatever-you-call-it to have been invalid, and thus that Bergoglio -- an obvious heretic, if ever heresy was practiced, preached, or professed -- was (past tense, since this is a future pope talking) an anti-pope.

But of course I don't know that will happen, and though I can clearly know "Bergi" is a heretic, and a rank one, especially odious in that he has no time to answer the Dubia Cardinals, nor the collection of theologians and laity who have asked him pleadingly to clarify his teaching on divorce and remarriage, and God-knows-what-else, but yet he somehow he manages to find the time to give lengthy interviews to old Eugenio Scalfari, that ridiculous Communist "journalist". Whatever. He may validly be pope, or not; but he's definitely a heretic. For what that's worth. 

So, I understand the Sedes' frustration. Declaring the popes since (who? John 23, Paul 6? Or...?) whomever to be invalid popes solves one aspect of the absurd Modernist Church. But it creates even worse ones, such as I wrote to a Sede at OnePeterFive:

Will you just stop about the Sedevacantist garbage? Just. Stop.

The Vatican II Church is a mess, true. But Sedes throw the Infant Lord out with the dirty bathwater. You, and all Sedes, need to re-read the opening of Romans chapter 3, especially the context of that chapter's verse three, which famously says, "For what if some of them have not believed? Shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? God forbid." That is what should be the engraved-in-gold motto of all Trads regarding even the most absurdly celebrated N.O.

You write, "Maybe the [New] Mass created by enemies of Christ isn't even valid." Subtle, as a brick. Oh, yeah, and like you KNOW that, do you? You blaspheme God, actually, for you're writing that the unbelief of the servants of the New Covenant are making God's side of the Covenant, His signature on it, without effect. Outrageous.

It's as simple as that, and what St. Paul wrote about those Jews of his day who rejected the New Covenant through their unbelief, applies to all Sedes.

Most Sedes are just desperate Catholics trying to hang on to their Faith in an Age of Heretics in High Places. Some of them, though, do commit both Blasphemy and Protestantism. I.e., they say God is not faithful, and they say that they themselves somehow have the authority to assert this and that. They don't. 

But St. Paulo had it right, in spades. So what if a bunch of these clowns are unfaithful. Does that invalidate God's side of the Covenant? Not. One. Iota.

At Least the End of the Vatican II Church Is in Sight

The current, ubiquitous and ever-excellerating Church crisis appears a waking nightmare we can't -- as it were -- go to sleep from and excape. Every day some new disaster, some horrible immorality on the part of high Churchmen is revealed. It's a waking dream from some kooky end-of-the-world types, shouting crazy news releases at us; indeed, blaring them at us from massive loudspeakers.

Yet there's often a "silver lining". And if God exists, He's in control. Therefore...

I think one thing in its favor, in favor of this brutal crisis, is that at least it spells the end of the Vatican II Church. It's dying now but it will be "not merely dead but truly most sincerely dead" until the final demise of Jorge Mario Bergoglio, a.k.a. Pope Francis. 

Why? 

First, how could it not? It is putrescent now. 

Via his handling of the sex abuse scandals, and his promotion and defense of major sex abusers, Jorge Bergoglio has so tarnished the version of the Church created by Vatican II and its "in the spirit of Vatican II" followers, there won't be much left. Less spectacularly, he's done the same destruction with basic Church teaching. Pope Francis is a wrecking ball. 

That's one thing. There won't be much left to build on.

But also there's this: Either the College of Cardinals will elect a "Bergi 2.0" or they'll elect -- well, either a "conservative" such a Cardinal Sarah or even, miracle of miracles, a Traditionalist (unlikely unless they go outside the College for that choice). 

Because Progressivism is so hell-bent on the New! Improved! Change! aspect of itself (hence the very name "Progressivism", it is necessarily on a trajectory, like a rocket, aimed forever outward. Evolution is its core idea, the will of its soul, the foundation of is purpose. Therefore, there's no "reentry" for it back into the atmosphere of Catholic Traditionalism. Because of that, a "Bergi 2.0" must go ever further, such as ordaining women priests, women bishops, blessing "same-sex marriages" and so on, or Progressivism simply implodes. 

Without moving forward, without evolving, without being "Progessive", it ceases to exist, as did the "Good Calvin" of Calvin and Hobbes -- the old Calvin made a new, Good Calvin but, he, the old Calvin, drove the new one to think a bad thought (i.e., made the Good Calvin want to hit him. the Old Calvin). "He could only be perfectly good as an abstracton," Calvin said of his good twin. 

So it is with the Vatican II Church: it can only be "Catholic" as an abstraction of the the Church it denies being, or you might say of the Church it has rejected being, and thus will go POOF when it achieves "singularity", when it truly becomes a new Church; i.e. ceases to be remotely Catholic.   

That point is fast approaching. And the Traditional Latin Mass is hastening the Singularity, for as the TLM becomes more popular and shows the power of its attraction, the whole raison d'être of the Vatican II Church's existence "spectralizes" (goes "poof!"). 

The remnants will be dwindling, evaporizing into ever smaller groups, and of course unable to seek the repentance necessary to join a newly invigorated Traditionalist Catholic Church (the only healthy -- though small -- part of the current Church that is growing). So the Progressive survivors will just join with the Church of England or the state Lutheran Church of Germany (both of these are "walking corpses") and that will be the end of the Vatian II Church.

Conversely, should a "Conservative" or Trad be elected pope, the German Church will go into Schism, as will many other bits and pieces of the world-wide Church that the Progressives totally control. They would have already done so had Benedict XVI not "resigned" when he did. 

Therefore, they'll marginalize themselves that way. The minute they leave, everyone will see the shallow parody they are. Like political Leftists milking tax money from non-Leftist citizens, the Progressive Church can't survive without a "sheeple" paying its way. 

Or one might say: An image in a mirror can't see itself, but when it steps out of the mirror, then it can. All too clearly.

Is Hilary White, the author here, controversial? Sometimes, but honestly, when Hilary is right, she's right. She writes here about the current controversy of the "retired" pope endorsing the current pope's 11-volume theological work. Many are insisting "Father Benedict" really didn't endorse Pope Francis' -- er -- intellectual efforts. Rather, that he was forced, or that it was photo-shopped, etc. Hilary White isn't buying it. She makes the (unpopular among "Conservatives") case that Ratzinger was always a Vat2 Reformer, heart and soul.

In a statement issued after a two-day plenary meeting, the bishops stressed the importance of “discernment, accompaniment and inclusion” in dealing with such cases, according to the Polish Catholic website Pch24.

"Discernment"! "Accompaniment"! "Inclusion"! All the codewords that really mean: "We don't really believe this Eucharist stuff." Certainly, if they actually come out with this, they don't believe 1 Cor 11:23 (and following to the end of the chapter). And they break with Sacred Tradition as well as Holy Writ.

You know, in Islam, the Muslims have always said "Allah is merciful". They've never said, "Allah is love." Allah doesn't love, nor does he "do" covenants or make promises, even to bold mujahideen jihadi who slaughter many of us infidels. So "Allah is merciful!" is far more a desperate plea than a statement of theological fact. Maybe Francis in all this "mercy" talk (mercy which doesn't apply to Trads, obviously, and is highly selective in general) is on the same level?

The Good News, the Gospel, however, is that God uplifts human nature and transforms us (hence the necessity of the Incarnation, into which Baptism and the Holy Eucharist lead us), making us "New creations in Christ"; (2 Cor 5:17, and also throughout the New Testament, really, once you start looking for this teaching). The True God doesn't leave us wallowing in the pigsty of sin, oinking endlessly for mercy. It calls us to perfection in the here and now. See Matt 5:48; and Rev 5:10, plus many others: verses Bergoglio might well excise, if he could, as Luther tried to excise the Epistle of St. James.

In sum, the Gospel is far away from many, today. That's for sure.

An interesting "Magisterium Catholic" article over at Catholic World Report, although it's not edited very well. (A lot of 's left off, for one thing, and it's not precisely clear from the text when the author is quoting the current pope and when he's not.) Carl E. Olson is the author. I recommend it, however, it for its insight into what Bergoglio is up to, how he is "trying to bury Benedict", as the author quotes another writer, writing in First Things, titled Burying Benedict.

A quote from the CWW article (highlight my own):

In sum, put bluntly, I see such homilies and addresses as exercises in posturing and polemics and not very sound polemics at that. Put together (and I’ve only noted a few here), they add up to a collection of blustering statements meant to shut down any and all questions about Amoris Laetitia and related matters. What would be funny if all of this wasn’t so serious is just how heavy-handed, clumsy, and even bush league so much of this stuff has been (see, for instance, these ridiculous remarks by Cardinal Maradiaga, one of Francis’ closest advisors).

I think it significant that the Magisterium Catholics, the middle-of-the-roaders, are ever more clearly seeing Pope Francis for what he is. Mr. Olson sums up his long article with this:

This pontificate has been divisive in ways few could have imagined prior to 2013. In addition, while Francis likes to talk about the people, it’s fairly evident that he has little patience for those people who dare question his questionable statements and actions, no matter how carefully, formally, or respectually they do so. His impatience with theological precision and doctrinal clarity is unsettling. As I noted back in December 2015:

I can only conclude that, for whatever reason, this pope has a deep aversion to theological precision (and, thus, clarity) and is quite impatient with how doctrine and dogma impede his vision of how things should be in the Church. This is troubling on several counts … First, following the logic of Francis’ various remarks, the pontificates of John Paul II and Benedict XVI (for starters) were Pharisaical and unnecessarily complex, and thus stand opposed to his vision of mercy. Whether or not Francis cares about such a logical progression and conclusion is, of course, an entirely different matter.

And it’s not just about burying Benedict; it’s also about ignoring St. John Paul II. In the meantime, there is the name-calling, the scolding, and the vague appeals to the Holy Spirit.

Yep, all ye Magisteriums, who are after all defined by their devotion of JP2 and B16: yep, El Bergo is fully intent on "dissing" your boys, burying JP2 and B16 so deep that no one will remember them.

"By George, now you got it!"

El Bergo is about as subtle as a runaway truck with its breaks gone out. His "creatures and hangers on" are odious. His slavery to old Walter Kasper and the unbelieving Germans is demented. But like the Energizer Bunny, Bergo just keeps going and going.

Until it all crashes down on top of him.

God always gives you enough rope to hang yourself.
